The Wolbiea
terms and conditions are between Wolbiea Ltd and the registered
member of Wolbiea Ltd. By using Wolbiea you consent to the
following terms:. |

As a
registered member you agree to assume full responsibility
for your decision to use Wolbiea services.
The Company offers the Wolbiea service "as is" and
disclaims any implied warranties including warranties for
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement. |

As a
Wolbiea member you agree that in no event will the
Company be liable to you for any special, incidental or
consequential damages. |
|
|
|
|
● |
It is expressly understood that you and
Wolbiea are, in all respects, independent parties to a
contract. This agreement does not create a relationship of
principal and agent and neither party is to be construed
as the legal representative of the other. Nothing
contained in this agreement shall be construed to create a
relationship of employer or employee, partnership, or
joint venture, fiduciary or similar relationship between
you and Wolbiea Ltd. |

If you publish your business details using
Wolbiea Ltd, then: |

|
1, |
You agree
to make no such promotions that involve unlicensed use
of materials protected by copyright or trademark law. |
|
|
|
|
2, |
You agree
that all promotions will be fully compliant with
federal and state laws, including US federal and state
laws regarding network abuse, unsolicited messaging,
and FTC Advertising Rules and Disclosure Rules. |
|
|
|
|
3, |
You may
not promote any porn or sex services with our service. |
|
|
|
|
4, |
You agree
not to SPAM any URL that have our links or to sites
with our buttons even using a redirect link. You agree
to never to email to anyone in a broadcast unless they
are double option and IP, Name, and Date and Time
stamp have been recorded and can be produced. You
understand that if you disregard this we may terminate
your account without warring. We will do our best to
work with you but if our host or backbone server asks
us to remove any member for SPAM it will be done if we
agree with the complaint. |

5, |
Although
we are not your merchant, our buttons will be
displayed in the process. If we are contacted by your
customer we will refer them back to you. We ask that
you treat them in a professional manner. If it is
deemed that you can not do so and it reflects poorly
on Wolbiea, it could be grounds for termination of
your account. |
|
|
|
|
6, |
You agree
that your product or service will be subject to
constant review and evaluation. |
|
|
|
|
7, |
You agree
to provide Wolbiea with an active and working email
address related to your account and to respond within
24 hours to any email communication from Wolbiea to
you. |
|
|
|

|
|
|

You understand that the Company, in its
sole discretion, may suspend your Wolbiea account if the Company has
reason to believe that you have been involved with any
illegal activity, including but not limited to, consumer
fraud, bank fraud, credit card fraud, spamming or other
illicit commercial activities or violating Wolbiea
rules or policies. |

You understand that the Company has
sole right to modify the registration charges at any time.
All payment terms at the time of join will stand unchanged
for old users. |

|
|

You understand that the Company
reserves the right to modify the Wolbiea Client
Contract at any time. |
|
